Following this year’s Member elected director election, we are pleased to welcome Steve Wright to the Nominet Board. Steve Wright joined the Board from 17th October 2023, for a three-year term.

The three ordinary resolutions passed.

Patsy Wilkinson is reappointed to the board for a three year term.
haysmacintyre are appointed as auditors.
The Report & Accounts for FY23 were formally received.
The special resolution on modernising the Articles (which required a 90% vote in favour) was not passed.
