England haven't had a really good manager since Joe Mercer - unless you count Glen Hoddle, who was popular with everybody except the FA. If they're lucky they might get Jack Charlton to step in as caretaker ... I can imagine what he has to say about that game, but I also imagine that no-one could print it without the paper burning ...
