Wanted: Domain Appraisal solarpanel_me_uk

Now getting to grips with how domains are valued and learning well, bagging some quality domains recently.

However, .me.uk is one extension I'm not really familiar with, I own a few but they don't seem to index as quick as my .co.uk sites with similar content/coding/links.

solarpanel_me_uk is one of my domains I'd like to value as a domain on its own (i.e. without traffic) if anyone could help out please?

There are ownership restrictions on .me.uk, they are only allowed to be owned by individuals, and this severely limits the sale prices because they can't be sold to businesses. Generally I find the resale market for .me.uk to be quite difficult, but I have bought some myself and I have regged a fair few myself, because in theory they should be as easy to rank as .co.uk.

Generally my attitude on .me.uk is develop them myself rather than try to sell them. The keywords in your domain are good but it's still restricted by the extension, meaning a good sale would probably be in the low hundreds IMO.

The domain has little value. Mini site it and get in ranking with visitors that are clicking ads then it has value.

Domain no value - Website with domain value of revenue for 10 months ish.

I have a .me.uk that has earned me £xxxx's so keep that thought and get building!!

I have 60 + domains now and they have only made me £1.

Well done if you have got a .me.uk to make that kind of money. I couldn't get a .com or .co.uk to do that.

I need to seriously start doing some research to sort my domains out and start them earning me money.

Any tips or advice would be great
