I don't see the domain as that valuable, but it does have uniqueness going for it.

Quite a nice at the moment though, but outside this the name seems catchy enough. I'd say low xxx.

Sounds to me like a nice brand for an airline catering company. Similar, but not as good, as the company GateGourmet.com which is also a nice Alliteration domain.

Nothing wrong with latching-on/going with uniqueness. Though in .co.uk/.uk that's like whistling-in-the-wind. Stick with .com (when you can find them)
