What have the bidders actually bid for?

Or is it a case you get the entire lot in that time slot for £12. I wanted to bid, but does say in the post the bloke spent quite a bit of money on this lot rightly or wrongly and wants to raise some dosh, so what is a £10 or £12 bid actually for? Can't see the answer looking at the thread.
