Nice brandable generic in a high value service industry - I like it. Well aged too.

Certainly four figures, maybe five with the right buyer.

Its the industry I'm in, and it would make a brilliant brandable. I'm sure there will be some who will snap your hand of for it.

Its not just paper you need to be thinking of either.

I do see some issues, which I won't go into here, but are reason enough why I wouldn't be interested. However, I would be asking high 4 figures if it was mine.
