I'm looking for a SEO Expert to help with a link-building campaign.

I don't need someone to rip me off or teach me to suck eggs, I'm just too busy to do it myself.

I use both of the following and I have seen positive effects from the links.

1) www.one-way-links.com
2) www.build-reciprocal-links.com

The first one I find is better but costs. The second I have just installed, it was free (for Page Rank 3 sites and above - $49 if not) and am waiting to see the effects of.
