What hours/days are sedo working this christmas/newyear?

Got a credit note payment created before christmas now stuck in escrow pending release that could do with processing.

Still waiting & frankly pissed off with Sedo's couldn't give a shit attitude...

The least I'm expecting now is a refund of their 'commission'
