I see where you are coming from but Mally is factually correct also; does that mean the overall 'blame' is with Sedo for not clarifying either way?
Hmmm, maybe, Sedo have always made it more difficult than it has to be, but the legal condition of the .uk is the same no matter whether the buyer is aware or not, because the right of registration is held at Nominet level, not the selling platform.
I suspect we actually share similar views in that you wouldn't knowingly sell a .co.uk, keeping the tie with the .uk a secret from the buyer and then registering it before sale. As said though, all depends on the circumstance really; think we've covered all the variables now
