Sedo bids not binding!

I am amazed that sedo allow bids and acceptance of bids not to be binding and make no effort to close deals even though i have emailed them.

I have only sold three names and two of which have broken their contract. Interesting the buyer has a medium buyer ranking with sedo

They need to suspend membership for a considerable time if they dont get buyers to contract

A 30% hit rate of acceptance to completion isnt good

Like i've said before they do nothing for the money. I had the same issues. I had a buyer disappear. It was only that I pointed out that there was a second bidder who bid the same amount and that they might want to offer it to him that they sold the domain. They took 10% from me for me telling them how to sell a domain.

Hi Lee,

I have spoken to the buyer of your higher value transaction on the phone today, he has now wired the money so we should get this one moving very soon. This customer has completed three transactions in the last couple of weeks, which were actually his first ones, hence his improved rating.
