Looking for an idea if that the value is of this domain. Would love to hear your thoughts.

I saw that one too about a year ago. I did not reg because I could not imagine how to monetize and did not think it would sell in the reseller/developer market. I also do not like time-limited domains that I'd develop and would only be useful for a few weeks/year. The best you could do is an informational site.

That said, may be worth the reg fee if you do put a minisite up

If they do then sell it for £100 just to make some cash from it
