Wanted: Domain Appraisal scrimping.co.uk

Howdy

Looking for an appraisal on scrimping.co.uk - but not a financial one, prob only worth the reg fee I paid anyway

I'm currently building a shopping/voucher/money saving site [ yawn, another I know] and I'm looking to get thoughts on the name I use.

In my mind I can see me turning that into more of a community esq site, people posting tips & the site providing vouchers and price comparisons etc

I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.

Look at what people want or need see if there is something already supplying it and can you offer something different or better if not don’t waste your time especially with something that there are plenty in the market already…

Seems a bit negative - people don't like to scrimp but they love to save.

Maybe others have a different way of thinking what the term means, but a bit too negative for me...

Yeah I think it has slightly negative connotations that people won't want to associate themselves with, so better names are out there.
