It has come to my attention that titlecompanies.co.uk has actually expired. I have therefore removed it from the list.

Obviously, an arrangement will be made to compensate the current bid on a prorata basis. Future bidding should be based on the revised listing.

Apologies. But I am not going to have this all retracted again when the average cost of the domains is £2. You can only expect me to put in so much work at that level. The last bid either stands or the auction is cancelled.

I'm not asking for you to cancel any bids, i was merely pointing it out so any bidders are aware.

If a domain is suspended and bulk transfer forms are requested then the domain can be renewed by the new owner.

If deletion is due between the forms / transfer being completed then the buyer could ask nominet to place a DNC on the domain - a 'do not cancel' flag so the name wont be deleted.

For the record, have done a fair few deals with the seller, and top bloke to deal with

Thanks for the thumbs up Rob. Sent out your forms today but still waiting on formal.co.uk which I will send out when it gets here.

It looks as though Deconstruct is the winner. I am expecting these form in the next day or two as I put in for the a Mass Transfer request end of last week.
