VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2004--Communicate.com Inc. (OTCBB:CMNN), a profitable growth eCommerce company, today announced the sale of the URL Rugby.com for US$350,000 to Peninsula Investments, a North Carolina-based investment company.


"Following this transaction, we have approximately $900,000 cash on hand to accelerate our growth plan and market our core online properties," said David Jeffs, President of Communicate.com.
