Hi I got www.removalmen.co.uk (a nice brandable, generic name).

Not really looking to sell as im currently working on it to sell leads as an affiliate site, but if there is an offer thats right, then i may consider it.

Average 4 new leads a day (which im just doing nothing with right now, but was thinking about an affiliate form with one of the lead gen sites, or just selling leads myself myself).

removal company - page 1 - exact match searches - 1,600
removal companies - page 1 - exact match searches - 9,900

maybe a few others, but not really checking them much, so unsure.

The site currently has:

Pretty much all 142 pages are ranked on page 1 of Google (localised phrases) I am going to add a page for every:- city, county, town eventually unless i get a good offer for it.

I have had the domain for (not sure) but, about 1 - 2 years now. Its had a few hundred links on it & a basic site on it from first buying it off sedo for £400.00 (domain name only).

Started adding pages and doing more seo / link building on it for the last month or so, and rankings and traffic has shot up quickly. if i keep the site im expecting to have all pages added within 3 - 4 months to cover all areas in the UK.

here you will see the idea i ahve to further monetise the site through advertising - http://www.removalmen.co.uk/advertising - this could generate another £1,000 per month on top of the leads that can be sold.

income from leads:

affilaite form = £5 per lead.
selling direct (if you have the time and resources) = £4 per lead. Each one to be sold up to 6 times. This is what all the current removal lead gen sites are doign.

To be hoenst, £x,xxx is not enough for me to sell this site, im looking more for £xx,xxx as this site has HUGE potential and is already enjoying many page 1 rankings for localised terms & some very generic terms, with "removals" & "removal" on page 2.

Have you heard anything back on my reply with regards to www.removalmen.co.uk?

The website is generating around 10 new removal leads a day at the minute. This can easily increase to 50 a day with more content & links being added, which i am currently doing.

Currently 675 pages indexed in Google, with around 30 pages of content being added daily. Pages for every city and county in the UK have already been added, now just adding pages for every town in the UK (around 2,200).

I have been doing some strong link building over the past few weeks, and positions are still rising.

Due to the plans i have for the website & the amount of time and resources that are being put in to the site, i am going to put a cut-off date as: 10am on the 10th June 2011.

FYI - This site is easily capable of producing 100 quality removals leads a day if enough time & resources are put into it. Unless i receive an offer that i am happy with by the above mentioned cut off date, then i am going to push the site hard to produce these volumes. I expect to reach this target by October 2011, just to give you an idea of what this site is capable of.

If you require more info on stats, then please let me know.

None as yet I have emailed over the domains and prices where given and I'm still waiting for him to make a decision, will send a chaser now and update the thread, he was interested in a site that was put forward for sale but we could'nt agree on the price.
