Isn't it common sense if you find a prime .co.uk then the hyphen is garnish?

However we was talking about general advice hyphen domains as a solo entity here, Do you tell people that hyphen domains as a SOLO item are well worth worth buying?

Maybe I should buy the hyphen of the above domain (domainbase) as its available Whois record for domain-base.co.uk - 123Reg ?
