I had a low offer, but didn't sell at the time because of that casino project that I thought would increase its value.

So, what do you think the value is?

And if anyone has an update about that project (and maybe an opinion of what it would do for this name), that would be great too!

If it is any help I turned down an offer of £350.00 a few months ago for Manchesterpubs.co.uk. Perhaps, I was a bit hasty. Price range is probably £300.00 to £500.00 in my opinion.
