Wanted: Domain Appraisal Private Plates

Today I have got working on Private Plates

I also have personalplates.org.uk

First time using Joomla so let me know what you think.

If anyone with a private plate feels like signing up and adding to the gallery section or buy and sell would be fantastic

Wish I had remembered that that Stoke plate was up for auction though

I've given it a go, couple of problems though.
1. My username was supposed to be Redbird not my surname, although I suspect that was my fault related to the fact it is only 9 a.m and there is still alocohol in my system from last night.

2. First time I tried to upload an image I got...

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 15552 bytes) in /home/getdouk1/public_html/sites/privateplates/components/com_adsmanager/adsmanager.php on line 1100

The image was below 200k, but I made it smaller and seemed to work OK next time

sounds like a php.ini error

just create a file in notepad and place it in your root folder

in that file write

memory_limit = 100M

name the file php.ini

If found that it used to sort a lot of those errors out in joomla and ads manager

Hi,

Thanks for that but I changed it in the actual /adsmanager.php file for now.

Seems to work fine. Tried uploading a 1.5mb pic and it accepted and then resized it down to the correct file size.
