Chicago = Premium
Homes = Premium
Chicago Homes = Not Premium (but understandable)
4 Chicago Homes = Nowhere near being premium

That doesn't mean it doesn't have value - that's not what anyone is saying - just a domain can be aged and with traffic and not be premium.
