Ok, I don't have a BIN in mind, as I said I am looking for offers.
I didn't have the energy site,it belonged to caddet.org It appears they used it prior maybe to there .org

The caddet site that is up still is all about renewable energy/s, mainly it seems in a commercial sense. There was a program they ran from 98-2005 called caddet.

Renewable energy is highly topical as everyone knows,so could be used for informational purposes and then to sell some ad space,or for products that are green and friendly,or something totally new.

It gets approx between 200-240 uniques a month sat on sedo.
