Honestly zero in the UK space, no one in porn goes with a .co.uk at all, porn is a global product. An affiliate may go .uk but really they don't care what the domain is. The only people who tie up the .UK are people who have the matching.com and are UK based to locking the home market.

Develop it, get some income them go for multiples of said revenue.
