I think your idea of what's worth having and other peoples are totally different looking at your website.

We don't monitor what domains our users go for so no.

Not really, I won't be catching personally at all soon as we're focusing on services rather than getting domains for ourselves.

I think that somebody who makes claims, but then can't back them up, is living in a glass house and shouldn't throw stones.

It's not my idea of what domains are worth, it's years of experience of what sells. Along with the fact almost all of the domains I miss, go to the same few catchers.

What's with the insults? If you want to promote your services on a forum, then you must expect people to have an opinion.

I could start a new thread but "DAC plug in" is what I'm after, just for bulk searches, not interested in trying to catch any more names.
We also have a few related requirements for a developer who can actually walk the talk.

Indeed we do!

However, my point was, and the FACT of the matter is that different catchers have different ways of validating a domains worth. There are domains caught every day that i personally think are terrible. Obviously the catchers who go for those names must think otherwise

- You're clients are very secretive apparently but I would be surprised if any of their 'stable' versions picked up an A list generic or a 3 letter but your messy version does all the time.

- You intend to give it all up and offer it to others for £xxx per month.

Well - this thread is getting absurd. Just for the record I am one of Jordan's clients - their service is absolutely 100% honest and yes it is possible to pick up some decent names.

Eventually this forum is going to end up being the haunt of a lot of sad and jealous people. Why not put your energies into doing something positive?

And if they are then congrats to them for finding the flaws. This whole game would be boring if it was a level field and noone tried to push things.

Our clients are not secretive at all, it's just not up to us to name them is it, our customers *have* picked up 3 letters and "A" list generics.

We are planning to offer a public facing service, due to the AUP it wouldn't be possible to do this and catch personally.

No, I can't think of any reason to monitor what names our customers go for, I do check deleting from time and time and notice though.

Someone brought up the point earlier that the more customers we get the less happy our existing customers will be. We have thought about this and decided to limit the amount of users we host to 10 users, meaning we have 2 places left after these are filled up we will no longer be accepting new users, more information on the site soon.
