Please give views on parking pages

Rather buy or create your own template(s) and make websites there. Why pay 10-15 % commission to a domain parking company?

Do you have an example of what you use? Most of the examples I have seen look to be very close to what might be considered against the advertisers T&Cs.

Here's a blog post from Rick Schwartz in favour of type-in traffic.

His argument appears to be that if a domain has type-in traffic it doesn't need much help to pay for itself.
