Alright guys and gals. Any thoughts on this one? It's not a niche I know anything about but with around 3k exacts and from what I gather, £50+ CPAs, I would like to think there is some alright value here.

Edit: Just noticed nowaitpaydayloans.co.uk went for 2.5k back in March.

Thanks in advance.

£0 undeveloped and unranked

a multiple of its revenue (maybe 6 - 24 months) if developed and earning (plus £6 for it's registration costs)

I bought it.

Great purchase. I really don't understand Rob's appraisal and would be interested to know why he put 0 value on it. If it was a niche I was interested in then I would definitely have paid good money for it.

I only put a $0 value on it undeveloped. There were not many search terms - the area was very specific - and there are reg-fee alternatives that can be ranked for the same thing. Minus income and traffic I didn't see anything to make this warrant a premium.

Not many search terms? 3k for [payday loans no deposit], over 3k for [no deposit pay day loans], etc, etc.

Also, just for the record, because this is what you seem to be saying, you give absolutely 0 monetary value to an EMD and presumably don't consider there to be any SEO benefit when ranking one?

Not looking for an argument here, I'm just a bit bamboozled!

I agree sounds very strange....

I think this is a decent domain. There's plenty of long tails when it comes to payday loans and this is quite good in my opinion.

It's probably going to take someone closer to the industry to evaluate this - I'm not, so not going to try - but at 3k exacts, and the CPC you mention, whilst being descriptive for people wanting payday loans with a bad credit rating should give this value.

I get the comment of similar free to reg names but in fairness we could say that with generics (by adding a my, i, e, etc... prefix)

It's perhaps a bit long to be brandable as a company name, but good perhaps for hitting some long term phrases via the SERPs and earn via lead gen or even adsense

Nice name - not sure what I'd value it at but I'd buy for £20 from you (I know you won't take but least puts it's value at higher than $0 now) :)

Ok seems I am in a minority here and, as you said, this is not about argument.
Just that simply put I'm guessing it has almost zero traffic. Therefore it's value is going to come from development. Yes I agree having the exact keywords gives you a *slight* advantage in the SEO department. If, as some people have done, you wish to disagree with me over a few pounds (£xx) then fair enough. However for it to command a *premium* price it has to offer something that other non-registered domains don't. I just don't see that as the case here. Developed - yes. Undeveloped it doesn't jump out. But hey that's just my opinion - I hope you do well with it :)

I understand there is a market for this, not sure if you mean there is 3k exacts for pay day loans bad credit if so then looks good!

There are 2,900 exacts for payday loans bad credit.

I bought the domain for high £xxx and I have my reasons. This is a sector I have already had some success in and I valued it based on my current success.

My opinion is only that. Personally I would like to see more people do well in this industry. Congrats to both of you and I wish you well.

aaand its developed.

ps: If it doesn't load for you its because DNS hasn't propagated yet, if you use googles public DNS (which I recommend) then it will ;)

Nice to see people taking a punt based on their own knowledge - And therefore there's No reason to 'overly' crititicize .Our market (domains) has pretty much always been based on transferring your own knowledge to the domain arena.

It's a sad but understandable fact that I wouldn't put many of my domains up on Acorn - And any request to "send a List" is always ignored. We hopefully all operate within our areas of interest and knowledge. Always seems to me it's those that step outside of those paramaters that get burnt.

"SteerageClass.com" anyone ???

Damnit, forgot to create a new htaccess file - done now. Hopefully that didn't cost me too much (I moved my other loan site over to new hosting as well...)

Should make mid-high £££ a month or more once at the top. But need to be careful with link building and not rush.
