Parking and selling through Sedo - price reduction!

Hello Everybody,

I am pleased to inform all UK customers of an update to our pricing policy for domain sellers. We have abolished the minimum commission fee of 35 pounds for domains sold through our sales platform IF THE DOMAIN IS ALREADY PARKED WITH SEDO.

So, if you have a domain parked with us, and you find a buyer for that domain through our sales platform, we will charge a flat 10% fee instead of any minimum fee.

For example, you sell a domain for 100 pounds - our commission will be 10 pounds.

This new pricing policy is valid from today, and applies to the following tlds:

.de/.com/.net/.org/.co.uk/.org.uk/.me.uk/.info/.biz/.at/.ch/.be/.st/
.li/.us/.dk/.name/.tv/.ws/.mx/.in/.cc/.to/.eu/.mobi/.nl/.es

yes we have shaun... might be SEDO uk's knight in shining armour!

so to make it CRYSTAL CLEAR to all here...

IF THE DOMAIN IS ALREADY PARKED WITH SEDO... so say we do not have 1000 of our 10,000 DN's on sedos nameservers we cannot move or use this offer...

simple YES / NO please

bit of a grey area there, what if it's parked using the forwarding method? or parked within no traffic? - in which case how do you tell if its in my account for sale or in my account and parked?

Hi,

MXM - I'm not quite sure if i have understood your question correctly. The offer is on a domain-by-domain basis, so if you have, say, 9000 of your 10,000 domains parked with Sedo, then you get the flat 10% fee if you sell any of those 9000, but the offer wouldn't apply to those 1000 that are not parked with Sedo.

Admin - Our system can automatically check for those domains that are parked with us, irrespective of how and with how much traffic. The offer applies to all domains parked with us.

Firestars - We changed it to 35 GBP back in May.
