Didn't poll but IMO - Over £2k to an end user definately!!

Have you scanned the email to see if you can source who the enquiry is from?

Hi www

It was a letter, I've done all the checks I can but no clues as to who it could be:(

My first though was about £1500+vat but I think that could be too cheap

At first I thought £1.5 - 2k but, TBH - like you, I do think it's worth more...
In some respects (sure you'll agree), sounds cheap at double those figures...
Guess it's down to end user really...

Good idea to put a thread up for others to input...

Shame it's the weekend... If your not in a rush for a decision, I'd wait for some of the 'hardcore' members to feedback on it too...

I know it's hard to get people to comment on valuations, just thought people might give their views if they could do it anonymously :)

LOL... Scaredy cats ;) ...

Think everyone would agree you could get £1k all day long from serious domain investors...

Truth is, if this is an end user, I could see them being willing to pay 5 x that...

Good middle is £2-2.5k inc vat I reckon...

Maybe some of the 'stalwarts' will back it up too...

If you need the cash then I don't see £1.5-2k inc. being an issue if the potential buyer is serious...

As much as I would like to keep all my domains for another 4-5 years, I need to sell a few to fund my excessive spending :)

At £1.5-£2k inc., it offers value to the buyer whilst aiding your interests...

Certainly a fair price to my mind, that covers the possibility of the buyer being a reseller too...

Both parties being happy...

Good luck with it....

£1500 seems a very fair price indeed. I would be happy at that :p
