I have a journalist friend that may be writing a story about this domain, would you be quite happy to sign with a notary that you sold this domain for £9k late last year. Your expenses to the solicitors office will be paid, and you will get a write up if you wish about current domains you are selling.

Same applies to the seller this time if they wish, and when the whois data changes, which it hasn't yet, the new buyer will be interviewed also.
