I haven't heard from you since you received the articles. Thanks for your feedback, it will help a lot in improving our services. I must admit there's a problem with one of my writers who used to be very reliable. I think it's my fault for failing to check the articles in my hurry to meet the deadlines, confident that the quality was the same as previous submissions.
I will stop accepting orders for now until this problem is resolved or until I am 100% confident that this won't happen again. Please accept my apologies. Maybe next time you could give us a favorable feedback. -)
