Freshly registered today (Not caught I assume), all other extensions still available apart from the .com = Its probably worth what you just paid for it unless a buyer comes along who really really needs the domain and really really needs it to be .co.uk extension.
You need to ask yourself why a domain name is just sat there available and why noone is interested in the other extensions.
Oh, and the OVT. without extension is 29 which pretty much explains it.

I think its ok.
Having just leased my first office I can say there are a huge number of business's who operate serviced offices and a large number of agencies who deal with this.
One of the main problems I had was not being able to actually find these companies to start off with, there doesn't seem to be a central point / site that hold's them all. It took me a while but found that there were 6 serviced offices within 3 miles of each over plus an agency who had tons of offices to lease.
Although I can't see someone offering you loads of £'s for it, I think it could be developed into a directory of these companies (them paying to advertise) or a kind of rightmove site or even better both.
So I think it has a market but don't think its good enough to be resold, needs developing. Get somone on script lance to build you a site, will cost next to nothing.
Or perhaps someone will tell me that there is already a site that does this and that I am completely Barking:???:

The com appears to have been taken yesterday and the .co.uk today, I think they're great and you could easily use a program on AF to promote office lettings. A shame the com wasn't free as you'd have a good set.
You'd be surprised how many people are very happy to find the domains they want are free to register. :mrgreen:
