In case anyone is interested, I have quite a lot of experience with Joomla sites - I designed "www.onlineenglishteacher.com". My rate is £15/hr (paid in installments if a longer project) or I could agree on a flat fee (50% before and 50% after, for example) - currently finishing up some content writing and could start after that.
