I am looking to sell Nutritionist dot co dot uk which is a one word, generic domain name currently floating between position 9 and 11 of Google.co.uk for the term "nutritionist".

Having previously built and sold Chiropractor.co.uk I am aware of the potential of such a name in a competative marketplace. The advances in modern medicine have been there for all to see in the last century but some of the greatest advances in the last two decades have been related to nutrition.

This site would be a perfect to an end-user or as a paid directory. It is currently setup on Wordpress with a custom logo and simple yet SEO effective layout (but without content)

As a guidance price, I am looking to accept offers in the low-mid £x,xxx

Payment would be made via bank transfer and the buyer is responsible for the Nominet transfer fee.

The site is ranking on page one for many small terms such as "Nutritionists in Bradford" and such.

Site now position 7 in Google for "nutritionist".

Offer of £2,000 was retracted so the first person to offer £2,250 inc VAT gets the site and name and site.

Site has done 225 uniques this month alone.
