I quickly posted with the intent to update as I had to attend to another matter... To update you and others...

It appears that numerous tech issues have surfaced, all of which are currently being addressed by the sedo tech guys...

It's not my place obviously to comment on other members 'situations' BUT...
A recent message from Brad helped clarify things more for me and I therefore naturally assume that questions you may have will be addressed also...

Finally, this was a private matter that I felt needed to go public to initiate a response as all other communication attempts were not responded to... It's no strange matter that I should choose to post publically, the resolution of the matter privately, to essentially close the thread loop... so to speak.

In summary, issues are being addressed and I would expect that sedo will update individual queries accordingly...

The uncertainty is what most are happy to sign up for..... IMO it stinks its open to abuse etc etc

Nothing specific as regards that particular issue...
Just that numerous bugs/tech issues that were being resolved and that they would be updating everybody asap once sorted...

Basically - an understandable - 'please be patient' senario...

What appears to be happening is that as one tech issue is resolved, another has surfaced...
Sounds like they have been literally been on overtime with it all...

Fully confident though, from my reply, that any concerns individual members may have, that have been raised with them, will be throughly looked into and resolved...

From personal experience, Sedo has never been one to renege on it's commitment to it's members... Just a case of 'we need more time'...
Understandably, I can appreciate that one wouldn't want to post 'all resolved' only to have it resurface a day or so later...

the only action you can take is move them - bit like changing banks its a pain but I'd have to say that the response from ed and team is always honest and straight forward when it comes to this sort of thing. Sedo have a tendancy to go very quiet when things are wrong.

Not that I am aware of

At a guess though, I think they will vary the % split depending on a number of factors such as:

- day of the week
- type of keyword (eg adult, financial, etc)
- customer (VIP, pleb)
- their own earnings targets

Well that's what I would do if I was a domain parking co anyway...

How many have had clicks of $0 do keep in mind the currency! I have had 2 clicks on the same domain and still been paid nothin!

min bid for some advertising companies is £0.01p

Equally how often do you see a keyword where there is only one advertiser....

So you guys do the math!

Not knowing what the percentage split is means that a relationship is built on uncertainty. Never that good a foundation.

The post from Ed at Namedrive in this thread explains it quite well:

Basically:

Assume the advertiser is paying $10

If Google pays A 50% (i.e. $5), and A give you 80%, you get $4
If Google pays B 60% (i.e. $6), and B give you 75%, you get $4.50

So, the percentage share that the parking companies give you does not necessarily tell you who is paying most.

0.15 euros!!!!

Using adwords on one of my sites for a keyword where I am the only advertiser, I have to set the minimum click at 22p!!!!

At the same period my SEDO earning has just plummeted. Big G is just keeping more and more of the advertiser payment to himself.
