Hi everyone,
I sold attired / co / uk for the princely sum of £250.
The customer made an immediate payment, I transferred the name and the customer duly accepted. Hurrah ! I sent him an invoice. He was really happy -job done ! Great stuff.
However, when I enquired as to why the customers' funds were not on their way to me I was told my transfer rep would be in touch - about what ? Where's the ownership of dealing with things ? So far, my 'transfer rep' hasn't managed it. Is he on holiday ?? No 'status' update. Nothing.
It feels like waiting for a big truck to reverse up a farm track !!
Grrrrrrr....Just send me my money ! Or at least admit you're keeping it for a few days to earn some interest ! Where's the money ? (I sound like the wigs guy - was it Morrie? - in GoodFellas !!)
There, I feel better now...I've been really impressed with how the whole thing works up til now - just disappointed with the communication.
Surely they can't be that snowed under ! It's only been a couple of days but it's the principle.
Anyone else had a similar experience ?
Cheers,
Steve.
