This is a nice name but I sense that the market for uk geos is quite weak at the moment.
"Newcastle upon tyne" is not searched for as much as "Newcastle" which also hits its value.
I did a bit of a search and came up with - Newcastle.me.uk sold for $312 and Newcastle.TV sold for $3495. Manchester.info sold for $2411 and Harrogate.co.uk sold for $1804 (from DNSales.com). Not particularly helpful, I know, but I would guess that you would should expect low $x,xxx for this name. But if you find an enthusiastic buyer perhaps much more.
Money is in the development, but I guess you knew that.
