It's 99% about the domain selection and 1% about the script.
Of course, the script has to be functional enough to run auctions, and the site design has to look professional (to the point that end users coming across it for the first time with no prior experience are willing - and able - to use it)
But the main thing is to ONLY have decent, GENERIC names listed. And that's where the discussion has ALWAYS broken down in the past!
DL's system of demanding quite a hefty up-front payment to list domains seems to be one effective way to achieve this - especially since Denys also pre-moderates every single listing, even those for which a fee has been paid.
