Wanted: Domain Appraisal Need Appraisal Please

Hello,

Brought this domain today www.caronfinance.co on go daddy only reason i looked at it was according to google adwords finder the key words car on finance is searched worldwide 550,000 and UK 246,000 so as im a little clueless is it a gd buy at £11.00 what would it be worth? any ideas would be appreciated.

You need to set the keyword tool to 'exact' when you use it for UK domains, which shows 1,600 UK exacts, rather than the 246,000 quoted, which are the broad results.

No problem, done it myself a few times when I started with domains, I found terms will half a million, or some a million exacts. only to be told those are broad results , remember to set it to exact each time you use the tool, as it always defaults to broad.

Hello i work in motor finance already owned gauarnteed van finance .co.uk so brought the .co prefix and van finance .co

I brought the domains as there was nothing with the key word required in .co.uk the above have served me really well genrating 1000's of visits and 1000's of finance applications

sorry yes guaranteedvanfinance.co.uk + .co
both .co.uk + .co have 1st page ranks on bing under key word guaranteed van finance
+ .co had a pr1 with google on keyword van finance and guaranteed van finance
say did dropped out now after some updating lol

www.vanfinance.co has some high GPR with certain key words as well

I don't think their value as domains will get even remotely close to their earning potential for you if are getting thousands of leads

Hello thanks for the replys, i see wht you are saying but i put the van sites together whilst i was employed im now redundant so im looking to sell i suppose direct marketing in the motortrade would probally be more beneficial i will prob keep the www.vanfinance.co as it has a broader appeal but the domains www.guaranteedvanfinance.co and www.guaranteedvanfinance.co.uk are more redundant as were self funding our vans at the ime and were able to guarantee deals they have a value just wanted some advice thats all. Thanks Stuart
