But 90% of white people don't think they have a sense of humour, they think they turn up at the mosque and don't have a laugh, even at themselves. Truth is people who think that muslims would complain at christmas decorations and things, don't actually know any muslims, because the first thing a muslim will tell you is that Jesus was an islamic prophet and an insult on Jesus is an insult on islam.

Not too sure we'll ever get to the bottom of terrorism, I wouldn't class these 8 or nine guys over the last week as terrorists. They are mere criminals, and insane criminals at that. The way we label them terrorists starts to give them credence and status. The way to fight them is not to air any of this stuff that's happening. Even July the 7th should not have been aired on the news. Their aims is not to blow up 55 people, their aim is to get on the news killing 55 people. Ignore them and the rest will go away.

I agree with you and DB, and as a muslim, (and though others might) I personally do not see Lee's joke as being a racist one. I'm not finger pointing but the messages posted subsequent to the joke is probably the most offensive part of this thread as it singles out different groups of people.

Keep the thread, do not delete it.

We all need a bit of humour, especially at the moment (with the security alerts, flooding etc) so everyone just lighten up!!!!

I work near Slough and we get quite a lot of asians coming in to our shop and all are pleasant decent people, most would of laughed at Lee's joke as well.

Condone the burning? the geezer had litres of petrol in his jeep, several gas canisters, set himself and the car alight with molotov cocktails, then proceeded to drive the burning vehicle into an airport building, at which point when he got out to fight the police his whole body was on fire, as was his head, I suggest you read the news son and see that he set himself alight on Saturday, it wasn't me, they're called suicide bombers, they kill themselves.

You want me to have sympathy for a burning suicide bomber? no chance.

You're being quite offensive but I'm just trying to laugh at you, I'll have to put you on ignore soon, not only are you calling me racist you're now making references to southern America. OK you're correct, happy now? I'm racist and a member of the KKK and enjoy seeing suicide bombers burn to death and hope more go the same way without harming anybody else. And I'd only concede something, like others, if I agreed on that point, not just to make an awkward person who thinks they're right feel happy about themselves.
