Wanted: Website Review Movie subtitles - new design

I have a website for subtitles.The website it's online science 2011 with a custom script (see at subtitrarefilme.ro) so i call to a webdesign company to make a new design for online subtitles.
Website it's in romanian laguage but provide subtitles in diffrent laguage english,spanish,italian etc..

I don't understand the service. A film like The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is only out at the cinema - are you supposed to sit there with a little torch and a printout and somehow "read along" as it's showing on the screen. Or are these subtitles meant for illegal pirate copies of movies?
