Yes but value usually comes when there is a commercial use, doesn't look like this has one so at best an information site or minisite but value wise reg fee.

Parking program companies are understandably very sensitive to click fraud. Linking to a parked page from forums and your own websites is in effect creating "un-natural" traffic and could be against their rules.

Maybe the parking companies here can advise us more specifically on this..
