i just spent ALOT on this name with a view to develop it. Anyone care to share their opinion of value please? It will either make me feel better or worse

If you develop it and rank it Rob it would be worth mid 5 figures + for me quite easily, good bit of traffic available there for that specific term and extremely high CPC so a good buy I am sure.

Total guess really but a web developer might pay £10,000 to £12,000 for this.

I'd guess that with sustained and motivated traffic you could get 2x,xxx GBP plus 14-18 months revenue.

I just wanted some clarification on what i thought and you all seem to have a similar value in mind to me.
