yep saturdays were great
we spent all day and evening out playing runouts on bikes or up woods unlike these days
BUT
when ateam or dukes of hazard came on, streets were like mary celeste
EVERYONE knew what they had to do
get inside and get them watched
too young to get a stiffie looking at daisy duke in themdays, didn't stop me looking though
What's becoming obvious, is that if you want to carve out a living looking at a screen all day, you pretty much had to start putting in the hours from an early stage!

I had a 2nd hand one Pred, in early teens, I had a bone rattler before that, lol.
What a fab bike it was, those back tyres were amazing to skid with and the gear stick a wonder to behold! Down the petrol station to pump them up with air.
so true
once went too heavy on the front brake showing off to the girls next door and wrapped my nuts around the handlebars on my way over
it might account for the size of my 'hamsters' now
