Site is WP based with unique content. About a month old. Already indexed by G, no penalties. Recently added some Adsense and few AW and AF merchants. This month made about £5.70 in Adsense only. Affiliates are new so assume no earnings. Site hasn't been promoted, just couple of links. Not my niche, so I have no much interest in continuing.

WP uses slightly modified D5 Smartia Theme. Plugins installed and configured:

Contact Form Plugin
Google XML Sitemaps
Quick Adsense
Sociable

You will get all WP credentials so can transfer using Duplicator or similar tools.

Listening to £xxx offers. Domain expires in about two weeks, but if not sold I am going to renew it anyway. Even ~£10 a month without any work is not bad I am not desperate to sell, simply some of you might take better care of it.

Had some interest and questions. Answering below.

1. Visitors: As of 28th Sept (my stats are delayed) 98 UVs with 251 Page views.

2. I have stopped promoting the site completely - have no spare time.

3. Guide price: Hmmm..., no idea, to be honest, but I think the domain itself, WP work and content worse some £xxx. Not high £xxx though Try me!

4. Domain expires in about a week. Can renew it for you before sale at self-cost.
