Have you been the registrant since 1998 and had it for sale in that time? Surely you must have had some offers or enquiries in over the years?

Well in that case, it totally depends on how keen you are to flip it. As with every domain, you could get much more for it if you just hang on to it and wait for a buyer. If you don't want to do that, then just go the standard Fixed Price -> Open to offers -> up for auction process! I'd try my luck on a Fixed Price listing first.
