Forgive me if I am wrong, but what you are saying is make an offer, you don't have to accept the offer, and if you don't you will give a BIN price.

If you already have a minimum BIN, why not just give BIN prices and save the hassle of bidding and waiting to get sent a BIN?

Hi. Yes I don't have BINs on 90% of them.

Some of the better ones I do. So treat it like an auction with a reserve..

Like singlegaymen.co.uk I have had offers in the past to base the BIN on but would like to see what people are willing to offer.
