If you have a commercial implementation of PGP, then ask their support people if they can recover your keys from the backup for you, however unless you use the keys for anything other than Nominet, then you'd probably be better off installing a copy of gpg (works OK on Vista) and submitting a new key to Nominet.

Scrub that last link - that version requires an email address field during set-up which Nominet dont like - back to the drawing board.
