Losing Weight: June Target 75.3 Kilos / 11st 12lbs

Lee, you've inspired me :) , I walked 3 miles yesterday and 3 today!
 
Anywhere nice or just in a circle? or did you sleep where you ended up and came back today?

lol, I'm on the edge of town and they recently laid a tar walkway along the by-pass, mile and a half of path one way and then into town and back up to my house so round in a circle. Only took just under an hour so there no real reason I cant do it most days.
 
It's been almost a week and I'm slightly concerned at what the scales have told me but not all that much, remembering that after a weekend of clubbing Monday 31st I was 79.7 kilos, then I proceeded to just eat and have mcdonalds etc. I ended up 81.2 kilos on 1st June.

This morning I was 78 kilos and when I got back from the supermarket 77.7 kilos which is 12 st 4 lbs, I think I'm losing too much water, I've been back on the veg and tuna but haven't been drinking so much, just sweating alot because of the heat.

Is it true that you lose body fat when in a sauna? you must do otherwise what would be the point, so in that case is it safe to say I do lose some body fat when I sweat or is all just water weight? I just measured myself and I've lost an inch round my belly since last time I checked a few weeks ago so I think I'm heading in the right direction.

But if you lose body fat in a sauna, it can't be all that bad can it? I just had some yoghurt, biscuits and a litre of water and I've gone up a kilo to 79.0 the trouble is come tomorrow, I'll be back down to 78.0, it's still alright though aint it? the most I've lost in a week is three to four pounds, but this seems ridiculous. 4+ lbs in six days? It's making the possiblity of being under 12 stone by the end of the month look one of two things, far too easy or dangerous... which is it?

After you have eaten why dont you stick your fingers down your throat to make yourself sick, isnt that what belimics do?

That might help loosing weiaght - not sure if its safe practice to carry out - but i am sure you will shed pleantly of weaight?

No it's pretty horrible to be honest, I'm eating well enough I just wanted a sensible answer.

The most simple one is:
1. regular exercise (walking counts)
2. don't have any carbs after 4pm

obviously don't eat a load of crap.

Keep it simple and love fruit and veg.

Sure - I belive smoking played the largest part in me loosing my weaight - i was 13 stone - when I was 13, now I am about 8 stone max :(

Yes but I'm also worried about the heat, I sweat during the day - comfortably and shower at least twice - and I sweat at night when asleep, you've got to understand it's hot here continually, is the up and down of weight loss in this heat normal? as long as body fat comes off when I sweat then that will ease my concerns at losing so much so quickly, as I know I'm drinking enough water or at least I think I am.

See www.ilose.co.uk I just went market and bought veg and fruit and tuna, alongside yoghurt for cereal and biscuits as a treat so that's all healthy, just concerned about losing too much water weight versus body fat weight, that's all.

It is not likely to be a tapeworm. Check your sheets for parts of it that have crawled out of your arse overnight. (and the toilet for squarish white eggs!).

Four hours walking round trip to the post office and I'm back down to 78 kilos, oh well, looks like I might actually be losing weight, roll on 12 stone and 76 kilos.
