Wanted: Service Looking for coders for quotes

I'd like a quote on a website idea of mine, I'm looking for someone who really has talent and foresight. The type of person that would have been able to code a youtube type site (if they had been approached before youtube was even around without needing every aspect explained to them) that can run with a basic idea and implement functions they themselves would feel would make a website better.

I'll like to go in to partnership with the developer if only to keep my own costs down, but if you'd just like to keep it a straight forward contract that's fine.

You can reply here or pm me, but I will only reply to those who show me their portfolios which I'm impressed by (sorry for the high standards but I've had other websites developed in the past that have just looked crap, which I'm sure some of you reading this can empathise with).

I'll elaborate more on my idea to the person/people I'm interested in working with but as I said before if you can code a youtube style site from source code up that's have the job done.

Friendly bump.

Can anyone post or pm me any links to website designers portfolios that you've come across and been impressed by. Preferably U.K. based too, as I'd maybe like to have a face to face meeting.
