Wanted: Domain Appraisal london offers

Any thoughts on value? Potentially great website opportunity, really nice brandable domain. Not a huge monthly local search on "london offers", but obviously hundreds of spin-off searches that could be brought in.

Personally I like it I am a big of brandables like this but two word brandables are the hardest domains to put value on. I have several myself and even one on DL at the moment and I couldn't even begin to say what they will sell for.

To an end user could be anywhere from xxx to xxxx it all depends how badly they want and how badly you want to sell.

Thanks guys appreciate the feedback. Certainly tough to decide on an opening value, so I'll go down the offers route first.
