Seller Kippex agreed and sent me his Paypal info
I sent the funds via Paypal within 12 hours of the agreement and YET Kippex backed out of the Agreement to sell and refunded the paypal amount.

His reasoning "Got à better offer before you sent the money. Got à better offer before you sent the money.

So much for Ethics and Verbal Commitments

People here should be aware of sellers like Kippex who can back out anytime from a committed agreement.

I was offered this domain for £400 and accepted. Have paid but haven't completed the transfer.

Was unaware of this until now and I don't like stepping on other buyers toes if a deal was done.

Dale I normally stay out of controversial postings but its incidents like this which are just not right and others have to be made aware of dishonest practice's by some.

Garth, I offered him £300 with a offer deadline of 24 hours and he accepted the same within the deadline and hence I sent him the funds by Paypal as soon as I read his PM.

I know you very well and I dont even think that you would have gone ahead with the purchase had you been aware of my deal.

You are not stepping on my toes at all, please feel free to decide on the name at your end.
