Wanted: Domain Appraisal little fortune for me ?

wondering if any thing can come out of http://www.flexicard.org
just picked it up few days back when i found the .com version of same domain sold for some 9 or 11k euro. Or if developed for like as a Credit Card comparison website would it bring some money home in future ?

$0 if it was not a trademark.

-$ now that it is also a blatant infringement. You can't sell it, you can't monetize it AND you may also get pursued legally.

well i didnt register this domain with bad faith , i mean i didnt know if domain is a registered trademark and secondly just wondering why would it woth $0 when .com is just sold for 11k euro.
enlighten me please.

In UK law, "ignorance is no excuse" i.e. even if you didn't know something is wrong, that's no defense.

The sale price of a non-generic .com is NEVER a good indicator of the value of .org (or any other extension).

good point i got it now, but on other hand i was trying to look for some names in that link you pasted above to check if that name is TM i didnt find any thing available so what we are supposed to do in such case when there is very attractive name available for registration but it is a TM.

Couldn't it be deemed as a generic term? Perhaps another use would be a greetings card that could be adapted for a number of occassions?

yea parked at sedo and almost recovered registration cost. I had 0 zero hope that it would even recover a single dollar as PRO`S rated it $0 or below.Any ways would they sue me straight away or ask me for domain first ? hehe.
